Chiquito Designs has a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. The following guidelines are designed to ensure these obligations are met:

Content

All content on the Chiquito Designs web site including the elements of design and layout unless otherwise noted, is copyrighted material, and may not be reproduced or imitated in whole or in part. Legal action will be pursued against violators to the extent the law allows.

Chiquito Designs is the owner of all intellectual property rights, including trademarks (registered and unregistered), copyrights, logos and all derivative works. Operate under the assumption that everything you see on the Chiquito Designs web site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted.

Any site, page, graphic, or logo designed by Chiquito Designs shall be recognized for services rendered with either a graphic or text link to the Chiquito Designs web site. You, the client, hold the choice of which type (graphic or text) link back to Chiquito Designs you wish to include in your page(s) or site(s). Failure to comply will result in action up to and including site termination. No refunds will be made as a result of site termination.

Should any viewer of a document or service rendered by Chiquito Designs respond with feedback information, such as comments, questions, or suggestions, or the like, regarding any design by Chiquito Designs, such information shall be regarded non-confidential and Chiquito Designs shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information, and shall be free to use, reproduce, disclose and distribute the information to others. Further, Chiquito Designs shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques or technology contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever.

Chiquito Designs may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Chiquito Designs has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Chiquito Designs is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites.

Payment

As part of the reduced rate web design offer by Chiquito Designs, clients are required to pay 100% of the design fee before the design work begins.

If clients decide to not continue with Chiquito Designs design service after full payment has been made but before design work has begun, a full refund will be issued. If a client decides not to continue with the design service after full payment has been made and after design work has begun, a 50% refund will be issued.
