2004 Jul 07 - Henman injured before Olympics
With only one week to go before the Olympics the British No.1 Tim Henman is currently struggling
with a back injury.
The injury is affecting the Henman serve and - along with less than sufficient rest between matches - could
have been a factor in the recent 6-1 6-4 defeat to Lleyton Hewitt in the third round of the
Western & Southern Financial Group Masters in Cincinnati, USA.
Tim said:
"I feel like I'm serving off one leg, and I think that's where a lot of your momentum going
up into the serve comes from."
With big guns Guillermo Coria and David Nalbandian already out of the Olympics due to
injury, Tim will be seeded forth when the Olympics opens it's doors on the 15th August.
