2004 Jul 05 - Rusedski falls to Robredo

Greg Rusedski was dismissed 6-4(4) 7-6(2) by Spaniard Tommy Robredo in the third round of the Western & Southern Financial Group Masters in Cincinnati, USA.

In the first set the British No.2 was a break up at 5-3 and serving for the set but the Spaniard broke back and forced a tie-break which he then won 7-4.

The second set was a reversal with Greg finding himself a break down at 4-1 but recovering the single break to earn a tie-break. Tommy took his chances well and deserved to close out 7-2.
