2004 Feb 14 - Rusedski withdraws from Rotterdam
Greg Rusedski has pulled out of the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament in Rotterdam which was due to
start on the 16 February.
Although Greg had been given the all clear by the ATP to continue playing until the result
of his drugs hearing had been announced, he has withdrawn from the event due to "personal reasons".
This is probably a wise decision given his inability to perform to the best of his ability during the
AAPT Championships in Adelaide and then the Australian Open - all due to the pressure of the allegations being waged
against him.
The outcome of the ATP hearing should be with us by the 19 February.
