2003 Jun 22 - Brits Wimbledon 1st Round fixtures

There are some tough 1st round fixtures for our young Brits this year.

Pick of the bunch for the men has to be Jamie Delgado v Andre Agassi, followed by Avind Parmar v Sjeng Schalken, and Younes El Aynaoui v Mark Hilton.

Alex Bogdanovic could be our surprise package this year, he's the one to watch outside our top Brits Tim and Greg.

The ladies don't have it easy at all. The must see match is Jelena Dokic v Elena Baltacha. With Elena victorious in the 1st round against odds-on favourite Amanda Coetzer in 2002 who's to say she can't do it again?! Next up is Japanese superstar Ai Sugiyama v Lucie Ahl.

All the best to Julie, Jane, and Anne who all have very difficult opponents as well.
