Goran finally achieved his dream of winning Wimbledon in 2001, having previously lost in 3 finals! He became the first wildcard entry to win Wimbledon after an awesome display of tennis over 2 weeks, which led to an epic 5 set final against Pat Rafter on what has been dubbed "People's Monday".

Goran is one of the most genuine and humble guys you could ever hope to meet, and a deserving winner of our wonderful tennis tournament.
