Andre Agassi
Personal experience: Usually depends on whether Andre has his entourage with him as to whether he will sign. After a hit with pal Jim Courier at Wimbledon 2001 my Mum swiftly bypassed his entourage to asked for an autograph, Andre said no, and she was then quickly pulled away. On the flip side, Andre went out of his way to sign for me in 2003 and was very humble in the process.

Andy Roddick
Personal experience: Not only is he one of the coolest guys on the tour but he's got a great personality to match. Ask politely for an autograph and you will receive one... the only problem is the Agassi-like attention he receives which means you'll be competing for his autograph with plenty of others! Roddick is set to fill the shoes of Agassi, this autograph is a must have.

Goran Ivanisevic
Personal experience: This guy is awesome! Probably the only player who would actually go out of his way to give you an autograph. Don't let his extreme height fool you, he is very approacable and almost shy. When we first met Goran he had his hands full with 3 tennis rackets and a banana, he threw his banana in the nearest bin with to grab a pen and sign for us. He was even kind enough to stop for a photo. Goran was the 2001 Wimbledon champion and will probably not see many more tournaments, so obtaining his autograph will become more difficult. A must have autograph for your collection.

Jonas Bjorkman
Personal experience: A nice enough guy, quite funny at times. Hot and cold giving autographs. Had one unusual experience when he came off Court 2 and slipped into a security guarded doorway and stood just inside. Asked politely for an autograph and he backed up behind the door some more pretending he wasn't there. If you want the autograph of one of the very few grass court serve-and-volley specialists then collar him when he's out in the open!

Lleyton Hewitt
Personal experience: A very quiet guy, almost shy, but very respectful of the fans and always willing to sign autographs. Can go un-noticed at times because he isn't the tallest tennis player. As Lleyton was the men's singles Wimbledon Champion in 2002, this is a must have autograph.

Marat Safin
Personal experience: Superb! This guy has stacks of personality. You'll often see him walking down the Church Road fromm his rented house to Wimbledon during the tournament. No airs and graces here, Marat is one of us. More than happy to stop and chat and sign autographs. Plus, he'll often have an entourage of beautiful women with him which makes a meeting with him even more appealing! Marat has won the US Open, and has been the world #1. Definitey an autograph for your collection.

Nicholas Lappenti
Personal experience: Very cool guy! Nic is a superstar in South America, yet relatively unknown here. The amount of autograph hunters who I heard saying "who's he" in earshot of Nic was embarrassing! If you don't know a tennis player just play it cool and ask someone around you who it was when he's gone. Saying that, Nic didn't let it bother him and was more than happy to sign a million autographs. Top man! As mentioned, this guy has superstar status in South America. So make a note of his face, and ask politely for his autograph.

Richard Kreichek
Personal experience: An extremely nice guy. He will gladly stand there and chat with you. One of the most chilled out players on the circuit, probably because he's "been there done that". Always happy to give autographs. Just mention 1996 and you'll have a friend for life! Richard won Wimbledon that year. A must have autograph for a piece Wimbledon tennis history.
