Chiquito Designs reserve the right to refuse or to modify a banner before publication so as to ensure all content is deemed appropriate or acceptable to us.

Payment

The advertising rates offered by Chiquito Designs to advertise on britishtennis.com are done so on a monthly basis, whereby 100% of the fee for a one month period is payable in advance.

Advertising rates offered are subject to change without notice. This will not effect charges for any current one month advertising already paid for.

If at any time clients decide not to continue with the advertising service signed up for no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to cancel any advertisement service at any time. In this instance a proportionate refund for an incomplete month of service will only be offered at the discretion of Chiquito Designs.
